You can book your party online. Please choose the package, date on the calendar, and a coordinator will contact you to discuss the details.

We will have your luxury picnic all set up for you upon the time of your arrival. We will stay to take some pictures and make sure all your needs are taken care of. We will then leave so you can enjoy your experience. We will return once your reserved time is over.

The picnic experience lasts 2 ½-3 hours. If you wish to extend your stay it is $75 for each additional hour.

We do fill up quickly, so we recommend that you book a couple of weeks to a month in advance. Sometimes last minute works for everybody, so please give us a try for last minute bookings.

We do require a $150 deposit to secure your spot. The $150 deposit will be applied toward your final bill.

You are responsible for all of the equipment until we arrive, so we wouldn’t recommend just leaving the set-up unattended. Please give us a 20-minute notice, so we can expedite our return and meet you there.

To keep our prices reasonable, we don’t provide food with our picnics. We do work with a cater and cupcake/cookie artist that we can recommend.

If Socal has rain in the forecast, please don’t panic. You will have 6 months to reschedule your picnic. We are also happy to move the picnic indoors if that is an option.

We don’t give refunds but we can reschedule your event if you give us a 36 hour notice.

We will ask for a credit card to be on file so if an accident does happen, we will charge $100 for the damages following the party.

The customer provides an idea of what they’d like to paint and a couple options will be provided beforehand for you to choose. The picture will be printed on watercolor paper with a very line outline that makes it easy to follow and stress free. We understand that paint parties usually want to be a highly social activity. Therefore, we’ve created a way to create a personalized painting in an environment that promotes lots of social time in between the instructions.

Being an artist, I prefer working with acrylic as my medium. However, I understand that painting can be intimidating for some individuals. In order to foster a joyful atmosphere and achieve pleasing artwork that people would be proud to exhibit, I recommend using watercolor. It is a user-friendly medium that offers excellent outcomes while being more forgiving and less complicated.

While beach picnics are charming, they may not always be permitted and could result in a fine. Some parks overlooking the beaches may allow picnics with a permit, which typically incurs an additional cost. Depending on the city, permit fees can range up to $50. If you opt to picnic on the beach without a permit, you assume full responsibility for any potential fines incurred. It seems disappointing, but I promise you we can find wonderful options that are legal and beautiful.
